What is APN?
APN in full is Access Point Name. An APN (Access Point Name) is the one that allows your device’s network to connect to the internet.
You can easily get the MTN internet settings automatically on your phone without the need of doing it manually by following the steps below;
How to get MTN APN Internet Settings Automatically.
- Dial *160*10# on MTN
- Chose option 1 to send internet settings on your number.
- The MTN internet settings will be sent automatically to your phone.

- Head to Settings on your phone.
- Tap Network & Internet.
- Click Mobile Network.
- Tap on Access Point Names.
- Click on the “+” icon to add new MTN APN Internet settings.
Proceed and input the settings to appear as stated below.

After inputting the MTN APN internet settings as listed above, your device will automatically connect to the internet and the internet bars will show up.
